- Parking: closed parking place in the courtyard.
- Bathing- pond: child: 2x3 m, 50 cm deep; adult: 11x5m, 135 cm deep.
- Deckchairs: around the bathing-pond and on the own terrace and balcony.
- Room-safe: in every apartment in order to have Your values at a safe place.
- Ironing: if it is requested we offer You an iron and an ironing-board.
- Table-tennis: in order to avoid boredom.
 
For children and for little babies:
Our apartment-house likes to have babies and children among the guests.We can admit that where children are not bored the parents have a good time too. Therefore we can recommend the following facilities to our little guests:
- Child-bed (with bed-linen), feeding-chair
- Playground: swing, slide, tower, jungle gym, sand pit.
